1The service

Writask is a mobile app for small businesses and freelancers: job tracking, customer messages, quotes, reminders, document storage and payment follow-up. The service is provided by [registered name and address]. Contact: support@writask.app

2Your account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with an emailed verification code, Apple, or Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the security of your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete account.

3AI-generated text

Everything the app generates is a draft. Accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed; checking the text before you send it — prices, dates, measurements and any legal wording in particular — is your responsibility. The service is not liable for the consequences of texts you send. AI output is not legal, financial or medical advice.

4Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, renewal, refunds and cancellation follow that store's rules and your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can only cancel through your store account; deleting your account in the app does not cancel a subscription. Plans include a monthly usage allowance that resets each period and does not carry over. On team plans the allowance is based on the number of seats and is shared across the team.

5Acceptable use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes; to produce unsolicited bulk messages; to upload or process other people's personal data without authority; or to generate misleading, abusive, discriminatory or infringing content. Breaching these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account.

6Your content

The documents you upload, the job records you enter and the texts you generate remain yours. You grant the limited rights needed to run the service: to store and process that content, to send it to the AI provider when you ask for output, and to show it back to you. Those rights end when you delete your account.

7Intellectual property

The app itself, its interface, templates and brand belong to the provider. You may not copy the app, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to derive its source code.

8Availability

The service is provided as is. Interruptions can happen through maintenance, updates, supplier failure or force majeure. Reasonable technical measures protect your data; even so, keep your own copies of important documents.

9Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Indirect damages, lost profit and lost data are excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

10Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Your account may be closed on notice — or without notice where the breach is serious — if these terms are broken.

11Changes

These terms may be updated. You will be told in the app about significant changes; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction; consumer disputes may also be brought before the consumer arbitration committees and courts at the consumer's place of residence.
